Air Mail Delivery Contract awarded by the Bureau of Posts to INAEC on September 15, 1935.
No reason was given on why the 20c prevailing air mail rate was reduced to 18c.
The Bureau of Posts paid INAEC a fixed fee of 14c for every letter carried.

A United Air Lines Mainliner took off from Newark carrying special cacheted mail to connect with the China Clipper at San Francisco, leaving on November 22 for the First Trans-Pacific Air Mail to Hawaii, Guam and the Philippines.
